Purpose

ARPwave is committed to providing quality products and a positive customer experience. This policy outlines the requirements for returning accessories purchased from ARPwave.

Return Eligibility

• Accessories must be unopened and unused to qualify for a return.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
• Returns must be initiated within the return period established by ARPwave at the time of purchase.
• ARPwave reserves the right to refuse a return if the product has been opened, used, damaged, or is not in resalable condition.

Restocking Fee

Approved returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. The 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.

Example: If an eligible accessory purchase is $200, the refund will be $180, less any applicable shipping charges.

Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error by ARPwave or the product was received damaged or defective.

ARPwave recommends using a trackable shipping method. ARPwave is not responsible for products lost or damaged during return shipment.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1. Contact ARPwave Customer Support to request return authorization.
2. Provide the order number and reason for the return.
3. Wait for return instructions before shipping the product.
4. Package the unopened accessory securely in its original packaging.
5. Ship the product to the address provided by ARPwave.
6. Once the returned product is received and inspected, ARPwave will determine whether it qualifies for a refund.
7. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, less the applicable 10% restocking fee and any applicable non-refundable shipping charges.

Refunds

Refunds will be issued after the returned product has been received and inspected.

Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s financial institution or payment provider.

If a returned item does not meet the requirements of this policy, ARPwave may decline the return or adjust the refund accordingly.

Damaged or Defective Products

If an accessory arrives damaged or is believed to be defective, the customer should contact ARPwave Customer Support promptly.

Damaged or defective products may be handled separately from standard returns and may not be subject to the standard 10% restocking fee, at ARPwave’s discretion.

Policy Exceptions

Any exception to this policy must be approved by ARPwave management.

ARPwave reserves the right to modify this return policy as needed. The return policy applicable to an order will generally be the policy in effect at the time of purchase.
