Frequently Asked Questions

What type of patients can I treat with the RxBlack?

The RxBlack can help with a variety of pain symptoms and other conditions. Such as strokes, SCI patients, poor circulation, atrophy, RSD, Fibromyalgia, Neuropathy, all neurological conditions, joint replacement, back pain, knee pain, tendonitis, joint pain, sprains, strains, CRPS and more.

How does my staff learn to use the equipment?

We have developed a comprehensive training program so your staff is well educated on all the RxBlack’s features and capabilities. We want to ensure professional support for all your patients who are utilizing the technology so they can experience the full benefits of what our equipment has to offer. That’s why we offer staff support 5 days a week from 9am-5pm CST.

What is the difference between the RxBlack and all your other devices?

We want to be clear. All of our products are amazing and work extremely well but are case specific. This is why the RxBlack is our superior model as it covers the bases of what our other models offer but can do so much more. It can be powered down to an extremely low Pulse Frequency and scaled all the way up to 999 ppm making it twice as powerful as our silver model. It features a 432 Frequency setting which is a healing frequency that speeds up recovery time as well

Do you have financing available?

Yes we do. In fact we have several different financing options available to work with most people's needs and budget. Our goal is to help you serve your patients to the highest standard. Not burden you with unrealistic financial obligations.

Is this reimbursed by all insurance companies?

You’ll be pleased to know that all insurance companies provide reimbursement for the RxBLACK.

Can I try the equipment?

Of course! We have a location in Arizona and Minneapolis. We’d love to have you come down to meet us and try our equipment out for yourself so you can experience the ARPwave difference before offering it to all your patients. In fact for a small $200 fee we’ll even let you try it out with our therapists for an entire week! Give us a call to schedule a time today.
