Commercial Rental (Black Diamond Club Medical Providers)

This program is a two-week trial.  Provider will provide orientation documentation and two patients demographics.  Once these documents are received, ARPwave will contact the Provider to schedule the orientation and therapy sessions with patients.  ARPwave will provide an orientation for staff in the office in order to have staff assist in therapy sessions with patients.  For the therapy sessions for the patients, ARPwave’s trained therapist will perform the initial treatment with the help of the provider staff.  Each patient will be instructed on use of the FlexDoctor in home between the treatments.  A follow-up session with the patient one week after the first session.

Throughout the trial, the provider will be updated on the status of patients and the outcomes.
