Repair Loaner

• Client receives shipping labels to send in their unit to be repaired and for them to send back the loaner once they’ve received their repaired unit back.
• If client wants the unit faster than the offered ground shipping, they will be charged for the additional shipping.
• If client has not sent in their loaner unit after 2 days of receiving their repaired unit back, there will be a $30 daily charge.

NOTE: For the term of the loaner agreement, you, the borrower, will be responsible for all equipment and supplies provided by ARPwave. In the event that the unit is not returned upon request, a daily charge of $30 will be processed until the unit is returned. You will be charged accordingly if the unit is returned damaged or missing supplies.
